The 25th Congregation
Congratulations on your accomplishment in reaching this successful milestone in your studies at the University. On behalf of the University, I cordially invite you to attend the 25th Congregation to be held in the H.Y. Cheung Sports Hall of the Tai Po Campus in November 2019 for the conferment of academic awards.
Schedule of Congregation 2019
In 2019, the Congregation will be conducted in eight sessions, each for graduands of different programmes. You may check the schedule for details of the sessions to which you are invited.
Registration and Dissemination of Information on the Congregation Website
It is essential that you inform the University of whether you wish to attend the Congregation in person or to graduate in absentia. To confirm your attendance, please complete the Online Registration of your attendance at the Congregation and/or the collection of academic dress for graduation on or before 7 October 2019 (Monday).
The award certificates will be available for collection from 11 October (Friday) to 13 October 2019 (Sunday). You may also borrow your academic dress and collect your admission tickets during the specified period in one go.
As the Congregation approaches, we shall continue to update you with the latest information and details of ceremonies. We strongly advise you to bookmark and frequently refer to the Congregation website for the following information:
