Collection of Award Certificate

Graduates of 2021

Under the special arrangement during the pandemic, your award certificate will be delivered by post specially this year. Therefore, graduands are not required to return to the University to collect their award certificate. Delivery of certificate by post will be free of charge with the terms and conditions listed below. Please read the detailed arrangement as follows:

For graduates with Graduation Date* of '31 August 2021':

  1. The certificate will be delivered to you by post within October 2021. 
  2. To collect the certificate by post, you MUST perform Online Registration within the period from 13 September to 3 October 2021 (both dates inclusive). Late registration will not be entertained.

For graduates with Graduation Date* of '31 October 2021':

  1. The certificate will be delivered to you by post within December 2021
  2. Further details will be sent to you nearer the time.

Doctor of Philosophy/

Master of Philosophy/

Doctor of Education/

Taught Master Degrees

For graduates with Graduation Date* of '31 March 2021' and '31 August 2021':

  1. The certificate will be delivered to you by post within October 2021. 
  2. To collect the certificate by post, you MUST perform Online Registration within the period from 13 September to 3 October 2021 (both dates inclusive). Late registration will not be entertained.

For graduates with Graduation Date* of '31 October 2021':

  1. The certificate will be delivered to you by post within December 2021
  2. Further details will be sent to you nearer the time.

*Graduation date refers to the approval date of AB presented in your ‘Statement of Results’.  Information on ‘Graduation Date’ is available at the Registry website (under ‘Graduates’ >‘Award Certificate’) for reference.

Terms and Conditions

  1. The University bears no responsibility for any loss or damage of the certificate during postal delivery. 

  2. All graduates are reminded to settle all outstanding fees/charges/library liabilities and return all loan items to the respective unit.  Your academic documents (including award certificate) will be withheld by the University if there are outstanding fees or other items to be returned.

  3. Kindly note that the certificate will only be issued ONCE to each graduate. In case there is loss or damage of the certificate during postal delivery, you can apply for Replacement of Certificate.  Application form for Replacement of Certificate can be obtained from the Registry website.  Please read the important notes on the form and follow the application procedures.
